The judgement will be appealed.
The Republicans will villify the judge; he will be called ‘an activist judge.’ If Mrs. Schiavo dies while during the appeal, the judge will called worse than that.
The legal case is beginning to look like Jarndyce and Jarndyce of Dicken’s “Bleak House.”

odd how in both this case as well as the case of judge in san francisco who ruled the same sex marriage ban unconstitutional, you have two conservative-leaning judges, one (the sf judge was appointed by one of our former republican governors and is a practicing catholic and republican) but was TRASHED for being a “leftist loony” an a “activist judge.”
i guess that means anyone who does not agree with W and tom deLusional and bill frist is an “activist.” if you happen to be a judge, you therefore become an “activist judge.” if you are a spelunker, then you’d become an “activist spelunker” huh?
