Brother Paul O’Donnell, an adviser to Schiavo’s parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, said the parents and their two other children “were denied access at the moment of her death. They’ve been requesting, as you know, for the last hour to try to be in there and they were denied access by Michael Schiavo. They are in there now, praying at her bedside.”
Sweet peace to Ms. Shiavo. Let us hope that the crazies go home but as long as the media can squeeze this story for every last penny it can get out of it, they will stick around. A PRIEST is calling this a killing in one breath yet the lawyer by his side is calling this God’s will to call her home and that God loves Terri more than anyone else. Oh please let this madness end!
R.I.P., Mrs. Schiavo. No doubt you were a better person than the scum who misused your plight for political gain.
What has just come to pass happens regularly in hospitals the world over. Dr. Stein Husebø, one of Norway’s foremost specialists on terminal care, remarked to the newspaper Aftenposten a few days ago that Norwegian physicians terminate the lives of PVS patients every day.
“We have had many such patients, and not a single one who has been in PVS for more than a year has ever woken up,” said Husebø. He called the US debate “depressing.”
“In all societies and religions there are some who insist upon keeping people alive no matter what, even when beyond all medical and human reason.”
R.I.P., once again. We are all moribund, so let’s focus on living while we may.
May she rest in peace.
And may all the crazies crawl away in peace also.

May Ms.Schiavo rest in peace and may her family – husband and parents and siblings – find closure and peace.

RIP Terri
With God’s Grace, Peace be with You.
A prayer and a kind thank you to those, who handled the task
of daily care for so many years.
My first and only comment on the Schiavo drama.
Oui – Liberté – Egalité – Fraternité
with the angels now, and what a sweet addition to the choir.
RIP
