Section 11 consists primarily of Critical Care Flow Charts for 11 Iraqi patients, as well as individual discharge papers and lab results for unidentified patients.

I concur with the assessment of Matt in NYC who handled section 10: I see no evidence of torture or abuse here.
Report on Section 10, MEDCOM pages 1717 – 1816

pages 1 – 6

These pages appear to be the end of the Critical Care Flow Chart for the last patient in the previous section (10).

pages 7 – 59

Critical Care Flow Charts dated August 25, 2003 through mid- to late September, 2003 for nine Iraqi patients, 2003, many of whom had had amputations.  The charts indicate vital statistics (blood pressure, temperature), breath, heart and bowel sounds, overall appearance, input and output.

The final pages of each report (11, 17, 23, 29, 35, 41, 47, 53, 59) are the nurses’ notes.  Nothing seemed amiss to me.

All patients were identified as POTUS #.  Neither the medical facility nor the medical personnel were identified.

pages 60 – 69

pages 70 – 94  (MEDCOM 1786 – 1810)

Medication Administration records (4 pages each) for five unidentified patients, mid- to late September, 2003.

pages 95 – 100
