We all know that sometime in the not too distant future, some genius will come up with the idea of a hagiographic TV movie about our Beloved Leader.
And just as that is almost the only prophecy I can gurantee will come to pass, so too can I be certain that the the most difficult task facing the filmmakers conected with that project will be finding just the right actor to portray George W. Bush, War President, devoted father, dutiful son and all round good guy to have a beer with. I mean, who in Hollywood’s stable of pretty boys can do this man’s life the justice he deserves?
So it came as a surprise to me to discover that this movie has already been produced. And, furthermore, that the major role has been filled by what can only be called an inspired choice. If you’re still with me, after the flip all will be revealed.
That’s right, Dubya, The Movie has already been made, and frankly, the performace by Don Knotts takes my breath away. I see Oscar in his future for this one, I really do.
Go see it and enjoy, my friends.

Ok I found the editorial. They were quoting a comment I made in someone else’s diary. I think they liked it enough to quote because it was very brief. LOL
