Here’s a smaller image that people can put up on their Web sites — say in a right or left column. Just grab it and use it. It’s 160 pixels wide, and has a very nice, small file size.
Oh God, may prayers go out to you. When my son was around 11, he was staying over at my Mom’s for a couple of days. She called me late and told me not to be alarmed but he was gone. Long story short, he was spending the night at a friend’s house three doors down a few hours later. I was so sick with worry so I can only imagine what you are going through after four days. We hope she was just po’d at mom and will turn up safe and sound.

Her full name is Theresa Elizabeth Oates. She was born 1/25/90. She is bilingual in Spanish and English, approximately 4′ 11″ and 90 pounds. During the school year she lives with me in Birmingham, AL. She has no cellphone, no money. I have checked her Live Journal and other sources and she has not contacted anyone via the internet.
That’s all I could find to describe her so far…oh, except that despite living with him in Alabama sometimes, she does NOT have a southern accent.
So if the complaint is lack of media attention, similar to the missing girl in Aruba . . . I see here contact with the police but not with the local media in San Rafael.
Call the media there — all the media there, and be as persistent and cooperative and willing to appear everywhere as the family of the missing girl in Aruba — and the media pressure is how to get police attention.
IF anyone has any way to help Krum, please contact him through his DKos info or comments.
If I were he, the first thing I’d do is contact the Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
… and the FBI.
Can’t he fly there to look?
if it turns out that posting this was inappropriate or a trespass, please delete. Won’t take offense — this is purely an Online Amber Alert.
anything we can do to help.
They hunt down someone’s fiancee, but they can’t look for a child?

Here’s another that’s even smaller — 120 pixels.

Her age. Blue eyes or are those brown? Physical stats. Tattoos? Access to a car? Or have I missed it?
I live North of Marin I will keep my head on a swivel and pass the info on.

Those eyes look pretty darn blue to me…
Thanks, Ejmw.
Krum’s new comment is that his daughter has replied to his email message with one word “Safe”. He is reassured and hopeful, and will keep us posted.
oh thank goodness! I wish them both strength and patience and much love. Sounds like they have alot of hard work ahead.
At least, it’s a start. Let’s hope she doesn’t have as much trouble as Jackie Robinson did.
