The Center for American Progress’ news gathering offshoot, Think Progress, has gathered together a list of 21 administration officials that “have known connections to the outing of an undercover CIA agent”.
While the focus tends to be on Karl Rove, and sometimes “Scooter” Libby … this scandal’s depth and breadth is nicely gathered together — across multiple departments, after the fold ….
Think Progress’ efforts have always ranged from very good to outstanding, in my opinion. This effort ranks right up there with the top.
For each individual listed, their position in the administration is provided, along with sourced quotes from mainstream press tying them to the investigation by Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald.

Further good news from Think Progress:
It will be updated regularly to reflect news developments on the case and will serve as a reference for anyone looking for the most up to date information on the investigation.
Think Progress goes on to quote ABC’s The Note:
In an age when the general public would be shocked at the degree to which major news organizations are wholly dependent on interest groups for their research, this one will get some Gang of 500 bookmarking.
Let’s hope Fitzgerald is quickly successful in getting these indictments out. After all, Abramoff was yesterday — let’s keep the momentum going!
Glad to see this diary…I just posted the link to Think Progress on a different diary but this should get more people to check out the Frog March 21. Makes for very interesting reading.
I’m thrilled that Think Progress will be keeping it up-to-date too. What a great resource, and I’ve always been a little concerned when the wingnuts seem to want to focus in solely on Rove, and then to go about trying to shield Rove or say why Rove didn’t do anything wrong. One reason why I think we must resist calling it Rove-gate or in anyway allowing Rove to be fired and this to be swept away (not that I think Fitzgerald is the type to do so.)
Through the efforts of all of us, we will keep the net spread wide, and the focus on what is right/wrong. They can move the goalposts, but I only see the 30% of people that will never disagree with this administration (who knows, maybe they actually believe their God is talking to Bush) continuing to believe this crap. To use Bush’s own words, history will judge him — and judgement day it is a comin’!
What is that sound in the distance? Hmmm..sure sounds like drum beats to me. Could even be a FrogMarching Band!! Anyone have a picture of it?
Thanks for the great diary.
If there ever was a theme song for the lily pond, a drumroll seems appropriate.
Well I have a drum and I am taking it to Crawford if I can figure out how to get it on the plane. I don’t have a case for it and it was made in Indonesia and means alot to me. May have to go without it.
you may want to save the meaningful one — and buy a cheapo toy one for effect.
I like the idea, still … and, thank you for representing all of us. Everyone who is sacrificing will be looked upon well by history (and for me, by my God). My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Thank you IC. I am really going to try to bring it. A drumming circle would bring everyone into the same heartbeat…as if there hearts are not already beating as ONE!
