Ummm, I have a guilty confession to make…we buy cheap white carpet, and just throw it out when it gets too disgusting…(hangs head in shame)
So maybe I should rip it out and use it for mulch?
Sometimes I think I should just scatter grass seed on mine and see what sprouts…(dogs and rainy weather do not mix well with white carpets)

my vacation request was denied from work…apparently our audit starts on the 24th. I found out Friday afternoon a few minutes before getting my tix online. blah!!! I’m going to do something locally though, including a LTE blitz in the rural papers of Az. 🙁

I went and bought the backpack for the little pre-K girl today, my son helped me pick it out. It is very cute, very pink and has butterflies and fairie princess type stuff — it also comes with an extra: fairie wings (liitle child size!!) We figured that she could use them for a Halloween costume if she wanted…Ethan also put his Barney in (he has outgrown it, he says) “I love you, you love me, we’re a happy family” it sings.
He will be taking it to school for her tomorrow (I will take a picture of him and it…)
Also, I think I have a family to adopt and take care of with you generous donation — the school counselor is supposed to talk with the mom tomorrow, so Ihope to hear from her very soon — I’ll keep you posted!
