Barry Welsh, I am not in your state, but good luck. I want to know if you ahve any connections to any major corps. If so, who are they and will you denounce them, if you win? We, as you surely know, need less corps involved in our government and the decisions made for the people! It does not matter to me what your politics is, I want someone in our government to be simply for the people. We have got to get this done for us to survive out here…do you hear me? This is becoming overwhelmingly evident!

Well, it is early morning now and a response from Senator Durbin to a letter I had written to him about pharmacists providing contraception is leaving me steamed.

It would be outrageous if the American Taliban were allowed to refuse to sell me a push-up bra or a pair of shorts because it offends their religious sensibilities. Or if clerks with other religious beliefs could refuse to sell items made from animal products or even music cds. At least in those cases, there would be some other clerk easily available to step in.
I can’t believe we have come to a place where somebody’s religious belief can limit my access to legal medication prescribed by my doctor. WTF?!
