CARTOON: Words Can Never Hurt Me?

It’s come to light recently that the FBI has been abusing it’s surveillance powers under the Patriot Act.  Since the Patriot Act’s approval, the FBI is now issuing 100 times more letters allowing access to “people’s phone and e-mail records, as well as financial data and the Internet sites they surf. The 2001 Patriot Act removed the requirement that the records sought be those of someone under suspicion.”  Scary stuff.
