In the last week many of you have emailed and called me asking, “How can we be sure the Senate gets the answers on Iraq?” Well there is one way – help Democrats take back the Senate in 2006.
I should never have had to force the Senate into a closed session last week, but Republicans were not doing their jobs. For two years they have dragged their feet and refused to provide the American people with the answers they deserve. I pledge to you, when Democrats take back the Senate in 2006, we will get to the bottom of every misdeed this administration has committed.
