Lockheed Martin is listed as one of the worlds worst corporations.
Lockheed Martin was once the home of Lynn Cheney, Stephen Hadley, and Phillip Perry (Lynn Cheney’s son in law – who is now general counsel for Homeland Security). James Comey former Deputy Attorney General has recently been hired as Lockheed Martin general counsel. Comey prosecuted Martha Stewart and surprisingly (this one I can’t understand) … appointed Patrick Fitzgerald to investigate the Plame affair on behalf of John Ashcroft.

Halliburton subsidiary KBR is another heavy Cheney influenced corporation. Both Lockheed Martin and Halliburton are profiting from the war in Iraq. Chevron often uses Halliburton as an oil services company and named an oil tanker called the Condoleeza Rice after her. Rice was a board director from 1991 to 2001. Cheney negotiated a 900 mile pipeline in Kazakhstan for Chevron before becoming VP.
The CIA often acts as a agent and in league with these corporations. The CIA itself owns upwards of 500 entities under the banner of corporation or organzation, some non-profit. CIA activity in foreign nations is usually built around protecting “American Interests” meaning American businesses and is less involved in protecting the nation at large from attack as it is in protecting the corporations that make it up.

Conducted economic sabotage, including ruining crops, disrupting industry, sinking ships and creating food shortages;
Paved the way for the massacre of 200,000 in East Timor, 500,000 in Indonesia and one to two million in Cambodia;

Actively traded in drugs around the world since the 1950s to fund its operations. The Contra/crack scandal is only the tip of the iceberg — other notorious examples include Southeast Asia’s Golden Triangle and Noreiga’s Panama.
Had their fingerprints all over the assassinations of John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Jr., and Malcom X. Even if the CIA is not responsible for these killings, the sheer amount of CIA involvement in these cases demands answers;
And then routinely lied to Congress about all of the above.
A portion of the CIA that has been considered “too liberal” is now said to be at war with the Bush Administration. They appear to be taking a more active role in exposing the Republican Parties destructive corruption than the Democratic Party. With no political parties taking the risk of directly and vigorously opposing the Republican hegemony, purged CIA and Military officials are among the only vocal critics of government and business corruption.
It certainly give one pause to think how horrible the situation has become when the voice of reason comes from organizations of destruction and chaos like the military and the CIA.
