The worst thing about the possible end of Sharon is if it creates an opportunity for the even more dangerous psychopath Netanyahu to consolidate his control of Israeli policy and actions.

Military forces were called and have sealed off the whole area to keep press and reporters from blocking the hospital entrance.
Contrary to U.S. standards (and at the time Arafat), the Israeli politici are not required to publish personal health status reports. Sharon has in the past refused any such notion of publication. CNN reporters are telling the viewers how robust PM Sharon was, trying to reinsure the public without knowing any medical detail. When Peter comes calling, there is little human kind can do.
