“The UN has released a document calling for the closure of the Guantanamo Bay. The United Nations Human Rights Commission will begin to fight for the United States to release all of the prisoners and be put on a fair trial. Allegations of torture are based on numerous sources and evidence that the prisoners have faced long periods of solitude and forced feeding. As a result, many of the detainees have gone on hunger strikes.”
