A little bit of history.
The “bible” of gun safety, The Gun Safety Bible is to gun safety what the Bible is to religion. It was written in six days, and then they went out shooting, safely. No one got shot in the face.
Gun Safety did not rise from the mud and become what it is today by accident. It was immaculately designed and carefully created. It wasn’t there, and then it was.
George Orwell Darwin, the father of gun safety, whose own son was tragically killed during a severe lapse of gun safety, warned us to practice the word and deed of his teaching in order to live with guns in accordance with best safety practices.
Safety is not optional.
