I wouldn’t have apologized. This is freakin’ NY, I’m sure most of the state agrees metaphorically (and undoubtedly a few really mad folks, literally).

I would not have been so gracious and apologized; however, bless his heart, he hopes he did the right thing…snark….:o) I can not believe the thin skin of some ppl!!! God forbid there was something big like intimidating Iran or such as that…
Well that was dumb. Hevesi has a reputation of being a lot smarter than that. He did the right thing by apologizing abjectly and immediately. Now the right thing for him to do to make up for truly is to personally contribute the maximum to:
Kirsten Gillibrand in NY-20.
Micheal Arcuri in NY-24
Dan Maffei in NY-25
Eric Massa in NY-29
John Hall in NY-19
And he can twist all the arms of all his regular contributors and fund raisers to do the same.
The way to harm the President is to bust yer hump to make sure Democrats pick up 15 seats in the House of Representatives.
Alan Hevesi can do his part by busting his hump for 1/3 of that total with the candidates above.
I have no doubt the govt. already intercepts any email and analyzes any web traffic it wants regardless of existing law, but here’s their latest overt move, courtesy of Justice Nazi Gonzales.

Didn’t he just??? I was amazed at KO’s visible anger, which took me a bit aback. My take, however, is that it wasn’t just the ordinary O-Liely snarkfest… KO was seriously pissed off about a matter of principle. Gotta love the guy!
