Whew–it’s just been “one of those days”! This is the first time I’ve been able to connect to the internet (maybe Ted Stevens was clogging the tubes, with a truckload of something or other…). First order of business was to get my resume e-mailed to the person at the temp agency that I met with this morning. Now that that crucial piece is out of the way, and before we need to start carting kids to various activities, I wanted to post and let people know that today is Demetrius’ birthday. Some of you may remember him from the Dean campaign, or from some of the graphics he has created since then. He doesn’t blog as much as I do, and he’s not one to draw attention to all the stuff he does, but I just know there are a lot of people around the “internets” who know of him or have seen his work, and I wanted to let you all know it’s his birthday in case you’d like to sign his virtual birthday card (the link for commenting is at the bottom of the page).
