HJ just spent the last 90 minutes running around the dog park with two brindle bulldogs, a mastiff, two other basset hounds, a beagle, a foo foo type dog and a couple of german shepherds. She’s bushed and full of slobber.

Good wine, good food, good company. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
It’s a lake made by springs just north of Spoleto. It’s so clear you can see the bottom. Drinking from it is supposed to cure any drinking problem you may have.
It looks so clean and sparkly!
Are you saying if you drink from that spring, it will cure you of drinking beer, wine and the hard stuff?
They should bring in cement trucks and cement that thing over. 🙂

Ok, I got the skinny. Earl and The Office are on at 8 and 8:30 opposite a repeat of Greys. Then the season premiere of Grey’s at 9 and the premiere of ER at 10. I guess I won’t be around much tonight. 🙂

Of course, that would be fairly easy. Not that many people would actually show up. But everyone else on the site would spend weeks complaining about the entire concept and how it means we’re selling out.

The Hefeweitzen is lagering (I had to use lager yeast because ale yeast needs warmer temperatures to reproduce – you probably didn’t need the thought of reproduction happening in your beer [it’s asexual, if that helps], but that’s how beer gets beery).
Anyway, it should be ready bottle soon and ready to drink in a few weeks time.
Although I’m still not convinced that beer is a morning beverage.
It would probably work very nicely so long as your goal was to go back to sleep.
Beer goes with everything. Waking up, breakfast, each hour of the day…….. 🙂
Here’s what young beer looks like. It’s time to bottle when all the yeast settles to the bottom and it stops outgassing (and making the house smell like a brewery).
Any tips on how to make the husband stop outgassing?
Well, the yeast stop when they run out of food – i.e. when they’ve converted all the malt sugars into alcohol. At which point they’ve essentially starved and pickled themselves to death.
Which I doubt would be a solution to your problem.
