They haven’t updated the article, but the headline says Steny Hoyer beat Jack Murtha. The media will say it is a big defeat for Pelosi. It’s not really much of a defeat. She was just selected Speaker in an unanimous vote. She is the first female Speaker of the House in the history of our nation. I think she’ll be having champagne tonight.
