MSNBC is reporting that Sen. Tim Johnson (D-SD) has suffered a stroke and has been transported to a Washington area hospital for observation.
The Senator apparently was felled by the stroke,of which the severity is not known at this time,early this afternnon
I wish the Senator and his family well and that he makes a full recovery,but it must be said that if Johnson is incapacitated or dies,the GOP governor,Mike Rounds would get to decide who replaces him. We all know the stakes if Johnson is replaced by a rethuglican.
