I’m waiting to have a little mexican for dinner. 🙂 With all of the fancy restaurants in town I love this little hole in the wall place with the best steak quesadillas in the world. And cheap! Dinner for 3 will be under $20!
The dives are the best. My favorite one in Philly is actually Zagat-rated, with like a 20-point difference between the food score and the atmosphere score. 🙂
I used to like me a good frozen grasshopper – mostly for the ice cream, I suspect.
You can also make a grasshopper pie, using marshmallow cream, cool whip, and creme de minthe, mixed and then poured into an oreo cookie crust. Freeze until firm.
Thanks, O, I passed that one along. I have been DSL-less most of the day due to an ice storm. Just got it back about an hour ago. Thank FSM the withdrawal symptoms hadn’t begun in earnest yet.
I’m also thankful the power is still on. Many around here are without tonight.
Hello,
personally I’m still guzzling my gigantic Rock Star and stuck at work. West coast, don’tcha know.
Has anybody seen those winning photos at WorldPress.com? Powerful stuff.
Tastes great with an Oreo! Who’s lurkin’?
I’m lurking. That’s a girlie drink. I’ll have one. 🙂
howz the day?
Trying to stay awake here. Resistance is futile. Perhaps I’ll check out early O:)

think of a better way to celebrate Valentine’s Eve than enjoying some mexican 😛
The dive restaurants are usually family-owned, which is way better than the “mexican-inspired” gruel found at the chains.
But it’s disconcerting because I think they’re all talking about what a dorky family I have and I can’t understand what they’re saying. 🙂
So, if I ever want a BIG Mexican where should I go? 😛
to the border where the roots are thick and the b.s. is thicker 🙂
LOL They are probably saying what a nice family to come out to dinner together.

… to make sure you are all apprised of the new terrorist signage.
Thanks, O. I haven’t seen that in a long time and I remember laughing so hard I actually had an asthma attack. 🙂
How about this: sweet pea the sea horse …
If you watch halfway through, you can see a male sea horse having babies … 🙂
believe that I just spent the last 5 minutes, 30 seconds, watching that.
Got anything else? 😀
Just think of it as potentially useful trivia …
How about this: animator vs animation … you’ve prob seen it though … 🙂
here … 🙂
This is a snoozer but then I am not much of an fish tank watcher.
that was a little exciting right?
lol
I saw a clown fish swimming away from the camera at about minute two, I think he may have been looking for his lost son Nemo.
LOL funny ones.

Happy Valentine’s a little early.

For good Mexican food, look for the place that will only take cash.
