     Yep.  It’s been a long day digging post holes, even with a power auger and lots of help, so I was contemplating brushing my teeth and heading to bed.

     The weather will probably dictate whether we’ll do more fencing tomorrow.  It’s drizzling at the moment, but not hard enough to bother Luna.  She’ll probably wait until she’s good and wet before wanting to come inside.

       Six teenagers!  You’ll need a cleaning crew for that.  Better yet, teenagers should be learning responsibility.  So put them to work.

           In that case send them here.  My lawnmower is broken and I only got part of the front yard done.

           came yesterday (first time) and I was so embarassed because the crab grass is a foot high and there is a lot of dog poop in the yard.  not to mention debris from putting in a little slate path.  If I had a riding mower i’d do it all the time – snakes or no snakes.

           Don’t you like imagining that you are running over snakes and decapitating them down by the pond?

           Some of my weeds are getting that tall.  I’m not so sure about the snakes.  Dead or alive they’re the same to me.  Don’t like to be around them.

           A slate path sounds nice.  I’ve often thought it would be nice to have one going down to the pond.

           I’m letting the boys do it themselves – there are things i’d do differently but it’s cool to see them learn how to do it and put their creativity into it.  Have a good day, FM.  Time to shower and go goodwill hunting for me.
