   For left over turkey, try the following:

   Coat soft corn tortillas with refried beans. Place a layer in baking dish. Cover with diced turkey. Spoon about 4 tablespoons of Hatch Green Chili Enchilada Sauce over turkey. Cover with grated cheese. Repeat process at least once. Heat at 350 until cheese is melted.
