The econocon arm of the GOP is going out of its way to portray Mike Huckabee as a countrified bumpkin over his amazingly silly statements on any number of things this week.
Free advice for the GOP: Pointing out that Mike Huckabee is an ignorant good ol’ boy and the primary candidate of people you’re inferring to be “dumbfuck yokels” is probably NOT the best tactic when there’s a far more ignorant good ol’ boy currently in the White House, voted in by the same exact people you’re trying to convince otherwise.
Just saying they may, you know, take that inferred dumbfuck yokel thing the wrong way.
