Here’s a memo to American politicians. Supporting democracy in other nations and occupied territories means not caring who wins those elections. When you try to influence foreign elections, generally speaking, you are not supporting democracy. Also, any idiot could have told you both that Hamas would hand Fatah its ass in Palestine and that moderates would win the election in Pakistan.
