Libby Disbarred in DC

Poor Scooter:

A Washington, D.C., radio station reports that I. Lewis “Scooter” Libby Jr., the former chief of staff to Vice President Dick Cheney, has been disbarred.

A three-judge panel on the D.C. Court of Appeals stripped Libby of his ability to practice law after he was found guilty last year of obstructing the investigation in the CIA leak investigation, WTOP radio reported.

Bush commuted Libby’s 2 1/2 year federal prison sentence last year.

I guess they’ll have to up his salary at the Hudson Institute, or wherever.
