It’s as if Tina Fey was born to do Sarah Palin impressions.
Tina is so beautiful. <sigh>
So now yer cheatin’ on Sarah! Shame on you.
You should have stole the cutout for me. Shame on you back.
Yer right, doggone it! Iiiiiii’l find another one and I’ll bring it to ya!
Tina Fey gives me star bursts. 🙂
The impersonation is amusing. The script writers missed Palin’s very curious use of the word ‘there’, which she sticks in everywhere and uses with thousands of shades of meaning. Something else is missing: Palin’s needling tone and demeanor, at least in public. Her intonation and facial expressions are confrontational and aggressive, in contrast to her bland, meaningless use of words. You might see her as a less polished life-form of Maureen Dowd. I find both of them obnoxious. But then I’m not in on the in, there, gotcha!
Tina Fey is so adorable that she makes me want to like Sarah Palin.
Wherein Booman gets a shout out from Andrew Sullivan…
