She may not give interviews anymore except to Fox News. And she’s still riling up her supporters against that terrorist Obama on the stump, speeches which are apparently limited to ignorant white people who hate uppity negroes. But if you really want to see her the best place to catch a live sighting of Sarah Palin this weekend apparently will be in the Lion’s Den of Network Television itself:
(CNN) — Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin plans to appear on “Saturday Night Live” this weekend, multiple sources told CNN Thursday.
“Saturday Night Live” has featured three opening skits in which former cast member and Palin lookalike Tina Fey portrays the Alaska governor.
It was not known whether Fey also will appear on Saturday night’s program.
Should make for a good carnival act, I suppose, but only if Tina Fey makes an appearance with her. Otherwise it won’t be worth your time to bother watching in my humble opinion. I don’t know what she thinks she’s going to get out of it. Her fundie base doesn’t watch SNL. It’s way past their bedtime. Maybe she’s hoping to get the Joe the (not a licensed) Plumber vote. Oh, wait. She already has it. Nevermind.
