We don’t do torture. Sleep deprivation isn’t torture.
It’d be nice if we could complain about this with a straight face.
Since Cheney, Hayden and Gingrich et al. keep asserting that so-called interrogation methods like this didn’t violate any statutes, they themselves are de-facto asking for this matter to be litigated in court. The logic of Booman’s recent post on Pelosi applies here too.
