The only one I am surprised about is Byron Dorgan. I thought Dorgan was better than this(not much mind you .. but better then the other 3)
Well there is a compromise alternative. A carbon tax.
Don’t Dorgan and Conrad know that they precious coal-generated electricity in Garrison will not make up for turning North Dakota into a desert?
Climate models I’ve seen actually show the Dakotas may not turn into a desert, but Arkansas, it will bake. Blanche?!?
The problem with these turkeys is that they don’t know much at all beyond the next election cycle.

The GOP was right: Democrats really do negotiate with terrorists. They just do it under the guise of “bipartisanship.”
I used to try to be amused, now I’m just disgusted.
