I did as instructed, primarily because I’ve got a deep respect for Green Day since they released American Idiot (the whole album is really pretty freakin’ brilliant), but I feel a little bad because I’m not familiar with the competition, and there are some seriously great Japanese musicians out there these days. But, it’s family, right? I’ll take your daughter’s word on it, and I hope this gets her at least through the weekend, and not just the 24 hours you were wishing for.
