I nominate David Vitter as the politician least worthy of reelection in 2010. We’ve all heard about his diaper-wearing visits to cathouses, but that’s only a tiny fraction of the problem. The truth is, without George Allen and Rick Santorum in the Senate, Vitter is unarguably to stupidest and least effective member of that body. Have you ever watched Vitter perform in committee?
