It’s been a day of yardwork, grocery shopping, cleaning gutters, and celebrating Finn’s first teeth. Happy Halloween, everybody. I hope you have a fun evening. Who is your favorite scary goblin, ghost, or ghoul?
Martin Longman a contributing editor at the Washington Monthly.
He is also the founder of Booman Tribune and Progress Pond. He has a degree in philosophy from Western Michigan University.
Last night was our Beggars night, but we only had a handful of trick-or- treaters. My favorite costume was a mandrill baboon mask, which was so realistic I had to do a double take.
I’ll bet little Finn looks adorable. Did you dress him up?
Not yet. It’s still light out. He going to be a ghost. Or maybe an M&M. He just got back from the wine shop. He thought all those wine bottles were the funnest thing ever.
I know everyone says it, but take a lot of photos. Every “first” he has is going to be special, and before you know it, he’s going to be in high school and too big to cuddle. 😉
Just got back from our Halloween walkabout with the boran2 boy and one of his friends. It’s a cold one! The boys got lots of candy but I’m glad to inside again.
I can’t believe you’re not blogging about the World Series. I know you’re still smarting over the Yankees, but seriously, we have an obvious political parallel here, between the Left Coast and the crazies in Texas (and if people missed it, both George Bush’s were prominent there tonight). But the Left Coast is winning! This is a good sign!!!

Nearly everybody who works in our building went in costume Friday. I went in scrubs as a proctologist. That scary enough?

No opinion on Halloween monsters, but damn, does seeing Dubya laughing it up at the World Series make me want the Rangers to lose.
Talk about scary goblins ..
My favorite little monster is Rand Paul. And this is brilliant. Happy Halloween.

Although, I guess as long as we have M&Ms to love we will be OK. Sweet pic CG.
He has a funny look on his face because he doesn’t like the camera flash. 🙂
He is just trying to figure out what the oldman is up to now. No fear, just amused you can tell he is loved. 🙂
He`s thinking, “I`m a baseball umpire, & “Yer Out” if you post my picture on the blog”.
He`s a beautiful big healthy boy.
heh.
It also looks like he’s just waiting for you to draw, and he’s going to pull an Eastwood on you.
That`s It.
He`s got that look, & he`ll make your day, if you feel lucky.
