Hello again painting fans.

This week I’ll be continuing with the painting of the Pink House in Cape May, New Jersey.  I will be using the photo seen directly below.  I’m working on an 8×10 canvas in my usual acrylic paints.

When last seen, the painting appeared as it does in the photo seen directly below.

Since that time I have continued to work on the painting.

You’ll have to look closely for some of this week’s changes.  It’s easy to see that the sky has received another layer of paint but the changes to the house are more subtle.  The arches are now much more refined and almost ready for some gingerbread details.  They now appear in white as does the right side and lower portions of the building.  I hoping to have some details for you next week.
