The exact number of lies in Karl Rove’s Wall Street Journal piece is probably unknowable, but it easily exceeds ten. The biggest lie is the headline: Obama Owns the Debt-Ceiling Fiasco. For Karl Rove, of all people, to blame the president for our country’s debt, is really the height of gall. I don’t personally know anyone stupid enough that they wouldn’t laugh out loud at such chutzpah. He only adds to the laughter by calling the president incompetent. Karl Rove’s White House defined incompetence.

Who knows what they let Rove do. I am distressed about one thing. For the 2nd time in two weeks, I see an Amity Shales op-ed in the Philadelphia Inquirer.

In my opinion, the President did muddy things by abandoning his initial insistence on a clean bill and entering negotiations with Republicans.

Really, the voting majority, what do they have to do with being President? If a certain select group of people aren’t behind you then you aren’t legitimately President.
