I’d go quite a bit further than Jon Lovett was willing to go and say that Lanny Davis is such a horrible human being that his mere existence was more than sufficient reason to work to defeat Hillary Clinton’s campaign for the presidency. Lanny Davis makes Dick Morris look like an exemplar of moral rectitude. If you set out to create something evil, you could use Lanny Davis as your template. He does more than embody everything that is wrong with Washington DC. He actually makes Washington DC worse. Compared to Lanny Davis, Jack Abramoff is a paragon of honesty. If Lanny Davis is moving his lips, the world is at the very moment going dark. If there is a devil, Lanny Davis is his servant. And I’ve got no sympathy for that.
