Yes it is that time of year again, and in an election year what could be a better way of blowing off steam than playing in one of our two very own Certified Green Fantasy Football leagues. Frog Marchers VII (the original league) and Also Frog Marchers (last year’s new upstart).
If you played last year, renewal notices went out to you yesterday so please check the email you used to sign up last year. If you didn’t play, have no fear, I will be giving out the league ID numbers and passwords tomorrow if you are interested and former players have not yet filled all the roster spots. You will need to have a Yahoo email account to play. Both are ten player leagues so we don’t feel like those people who set the Guinness World Record for most people crammed into a VW Beetle.
And as past participants know, the extra added bonus feature will be finding out which bizarre team name my daughter picks for the teams she and I jointly manage (once she decides on a name of course). Always an entertaining tradition of Frog Pond Football.
So stay tuned. If the leagues are not filled by tomorrow with past players I’ll post the info needed to join here, and it will be first come, first get together with your non-Hank Williams’ Rowdy Friends game on for America, Apple Pie and whatever manufacturing products are still made here in the US of A.
