I don’t care what Ed Rendell says, I don’t want Pennsylvania to become a seismically active area.

What? You expect geologic stability? Where’s the fun in that?
And could we get a side order of wonderful climate and surfing, like CA and HI get with their unstable ground?
Okay, probably have to wait 20-30 years for the sea level to go up for the surfing, but you have to plan ahead.
All “Easy” Ed ever does is tweet when his mug will be on the TV. I always reply and ask who is he whoring for today, Pete Peterson or the frackers. He’s never answered. Ha!
Rendell sucks
How in the hell did Rendell become a spokesman for the politically left point of view? I cringe every time I see him on the TV. He doesn’t say entirely stupid things all the time, but he says them often enough to where I think he should be disqualified as representing any opinion other than his own. But he is treated as somehow representative of a much broader point of view than I think is realistic. Every time I see him on an MSNBC program, I take to the Twitter machine to excoriate whatever host is giving him air time.
GET HIM OFF OF MY TV!!!!!
What’s your Twitter handle? Anyway, see my comment above re: being a DLC’er and big city mayor. He’s like Rudy or Chuck Schumer. Don’t get between them and a TV camera!!
He’s like the Democrats’ version of John McCain.
As I dimly recall, Ed Rendell was head, or co-head, of the DNC during the 2000 election theft and recount, and publicly advised Gore not to press the matter too hard, or words to that effect.
Defeatist was the impression I took away. And typically wimpy Dem. Don’t fight, just concede. Act the way David Broder advised us to.
That’s my recollection anyway. I’d be very surprised if I’m far off about this one, without going through the grueling, depressing process of googling “Ed Rendell + 2000 Election Theft”.
Don’t forget, Rendell was a DLC’er. That’s where he gets his wimp-ness. He was a big city mayor, which means he was a tool of big business. He’s a Bill Clinton type schmoozer, so that’s why people think he’s not as big of a jerkoff as he really is.
