In the so-called paper of record’s editorial page today there is an article called President Obama’s Dragnet. In it the Times throws Obama under the bus and then for good measure goes around the block and runs him over a few more times.
The salient phrase?
Sure.
The administration has now lost all credibility…
Now…the whole sentence is “The administration has now lost all credibility on this issue,” and “this issue” is the hottest-thing-ever news that Obama’s administration is and has been since its inception merely another control device in the growth of the surveillance state that is now simply the next form of dictatorship to appear on this benighted little planet. This is not “news” to anyone with the slightest sense of what’s up here…my old pal 114th St. Papo coulda told you what was up the day that Obama began to look like a winner.
Just another Police Commissioner. Same old cops; different tactics.
What is interesting here is that “the editorial board” of the same newspaper that cooperated in promulgating the bullshit story about Saddam Hussein’s WMDs in order to stampede the U.S. public into a blood-for-profit war is now disavowing its support for the lame duck preznit that they helped to elect/re-elect, and that they are doing it by being OH so amazed at the surveillance tactics that any semi-illiterate street hustler could have told you about years ago.
The fix is forming.
The leftiness side of the fix, anyway.
Watch.
My bet?
Hillary if she’s well enough.
Otherwise?
Biden…as the tomato can. And Christie…newly slimmed down and ready for battle…as the rightiness side’s winner.
Nobody who threatens to turn over the ol’ applecart, for sure.
Watch.
What a dirty little country we have become.

You would if you could but you don’t want the watchers to know you’re hip the the bullshit?
Oh.
I understand perfectly.
Go hide some more.
If you can.
The great heavyweight champ Joe Louis on an upcoming fight:
Bet on it.
May as well just put your fists up and make a fight of it.
What’s that you say?
You’re afraid?
Damn right.
That’s what they want!!!
Station WTFU signing off.
Yet again.
Sigh.
Later…

“The administration has now lost all credibility on this issue,”
Was it not the NYT that sat on the information that the Bush-regime conducted massive illegal surveillance of telephone traffic several years ago. I can’t find the link now, but others may…
NYT, the worst of prostitutes in the news business (except anything Fox).
Found the link right here in the front page “stupid” thread. Posted by wwwanderer.
Critics Question Timing of Surveillance Story
At the time, it was of course essential to secure another four years with Shrub…
The New York Times? A high class hooker. The highest.
Fox? More johns, less class.
So it goes.
