Not that I even disagree with his observations, but it doesn’t make sense to ask Tad Devine about what progressives think. He’s just a bizarre choice. No single progressive can speak for all progressives, but they’ll do a better job of it than a guy who cut his chops working for Lloyd Bentsen and Bob Kerrey.

Tad Devine? Really? If you want to go old school, you might as well ask Bill Moyers. At least people, young and old, know who Bill is. I wonder what grift Devine is up to these days.
Who “IS” Obama?
He tries to answer in terms of his ideology. A person and his ideology are not exactly the same thing.
Obama’s “ideology” is a belief in competent government.
