The Stupid just grows and gets worse.

Sen. Rand Paul is the latest lawmaker to throw a wrench into delicate transportation bill negotiations, suggesting he might hold up the legislation over the controversial Planned Parenthood video that surfaced this week.

Am I supposed to continue reading to discover how these things are related in the heat-fevered brains of Rand Paul and conservatives generally?

Maybe I’ll get to that some other time.

The sick part is that they are NOT idiots. These guys know exactly what they are doing.

What they are doing is being assholes. The bigger the better and catering to a crowd (most religious people) who would slit the throats of their own children rather than do something decent that might help somebody.

As the Rand Paul acolyte at the Frog Pond, Arthur Gilroy should join us on this thread and address this move by Rand on a public policy basis. Arthur, do you join Rand in believing Planned Parenthood should be stripped of all Federal funding immediately?
