With Hillary’s overwhelming victory in South Carolina, it’s time to get on board the train and ride this thing beyond the convention and all the way to the White House. The train will stop from time to time as Bernie wins a state or two, but the growing momentum Hillary is getting as more and more states fall to her, means the die is cast. Democrats, independents and even Republicans, who will not under any circumstances, vote for Donald Trump are invited.
ALL ABOARD!!!!!!
You did don your asbestos Underoos before posting this, didn’t you?
○ Why Hillary Clinton Will Not Be Good for Israel in the Long Term | Haaretz – Feb. 6, 2016 |
Hillary’s inner circle on foreign policy are all hawks on sanctioning Iran and are pro Netanyahu’s right-wing romp cabinet oppressing Palestinians. Eight (?) more years of sucking the US into Middle East involvement.
The second circle is made up of former lower-level officials who work with the campaign on a more regular basis. These include Nicholas Burns, who served as undersecretary of state for political affairs in the George W. Bush administration and who, among other tasks, negotiated the American military aid package to Israel; former undersecretary of defense Michele Flournoy, and former deputy secretary of state James Steinberg. HRC could just as well hire Israel’s hit-man Danny Ayalon as her Secretary of State.
○ US Policy of Military ‘Re-alignment’ and Obama’s Military Think-tank
○ Elizabeth Warren isn’t running, but she’s Hillary Clinton’s biggest Democratic threat
○ Hillary Clinton Promises A More Muscular Foreign Policy As President
Apparently promising as Commander In Chief she won’t be using her sissy R2P policy of regime change, but just bomb away with our powerful Armed Forces. Making America Great Again. Difference is in semantics only on foreign policy.
I’ve always been grateful to hold a minority opinion, even in the Democratic Party: from the Vietnam War till today. No anomosity towards Bill or Hillary, just making an honest assessment.
Unfortunately Clinton will just mean more war and destruction. If she still thinks that Libya was a ‘smart war’, I can’t imagine what a stupid one would be like. The oppression of the Palestinians is so beyond the pale that I can’t even begin to get my head around it. Evidently the continuation of the horrid situation has become some kind of a litmus test of respectability among the US elite. European too, I reluctantly admit. In France it is some kind of crime/felony to openly propagate the BDS movement regarding Israel. You can boycott privately, something like a secret thought crime, but not organize with likeminded. Have you ever heard such crap before. And Hillary Clinton will definitely support such laws against BDS which have been proposed in the US, if she has’t already.
Heh, heh, heh. Cranking up the railroad before the train gets to the station.
Is this a common carrier or a private car run?
I don’t like the implications of this.
Why are establishment Democrats not getting turnout in Southern states? It goes beyond the racism of the GOP. And it has caused the loss of legislature after legislature to Koch-funded Republican legislators.
Yes, the primary turnout in South Carolina is more and more troubling. Strange that no one is reporting the votes for the down-ticket candidates in the South Carolina primary. Or has the South Carolina Democratic establishment conceded all offices except Jim Clyburn’s Congressional seat to Republicans?
It seems that neither the Hillary train nor the Bernie train has any down-ticket cars attached to it. In that sense, there is no party running anymore. No active alliances instead of passive endorsements.
