Democratic National Committee CEO Amy Dacey, CFO Brad Marshall and Director of Communications Luis Miranda all announced resignations today. This follows DW Shultz’s resignation as Chairwoman before the convention. Many speculate that this is more fall out from the leaked emails showing employees of the DNC speculating, and perhaps acting, on ways to sabotage Sen. Bernie Sanders’ campaign for the nomination.
This is very strange to do during a campaign and is timed poorly as it will inject the “Democrats in disarray” meme all over Trump’s fitness for office debate.

Probably just a mop up operation to dispel any lingering doubts and place key people in new and well-paying jobs where they won’t be noticed throughout the remainder of the election cycle. The HRC campaign/DNC can function as one from this point on. Just as it did in 2012 (without the interference of a primary campaign).
I would agree, but to do it all at once sends the wrong message. Send them out a week apart. Keep the CEO on as titular head, while the orders are given out of the HRC office. To clear the decks now, just bad timing. GOP media lapdogs will have the opportunity to distract with the Sanders/Hillary/DNC controversy instead of the Orange One and his unfitness to hold office.

With Trump engaged in a public meltdown seems like an opportune time to me. (CEO left first because her new job was already lined up.)
“’twere best done quickly”
This mollifies Sanders and does no harm as these loyal retainers will be given other jobs, either on the campaign or in the administration after the election.

Typically does not happen until after the election, but the data leak accelerated the process of the housecleaning that should have been done in 2014.
Brazile is the key person; the success or failure of 2016 will be hers on her watch. I think that’s encouraging from a performance standpoint.
housecleaning that should have been done in 2014.
Why? Do you seriously still doubt what the mission/agenda has been for the DNC since 2012 (if not earlier in the event that Obama flubbed seriously enough by mid-2011? FWIW — it’s been elect HRC President.
Mission Accomplished
I’ve always sort of like Brazile, but that doesn’t mean that I view her political skills as much above ordinary. She was Gore’s 2000 campaign manager. Not a bottom of the barrel campaign, but it wasn’t anything to admire.
I guess Sander’s supporters could burn the DNC headquarters to the ground and it still wouldn’t take away from the Trump story.
Nice to know that priorities can be set when necessary.

heh — for those claiming to be “weary of talking/writing about Trump,” nothing else in the whole damn world commands their attention as Trump does.
well, it’s all they have
Whatever will they do when Trump goes away? Silly question; return to the same-old-same, Republicans and Democrats rock.
well we Sanders supporters are still around, and Jill Stein. it’s what I said, they have nothing
Check out Glenn Greenwald’s twitter feed.
Stein is now getting the “she’s a Putin mole” treatment. From Democrats!
DNC heads rolling?
Yeah. Right.
Right into the revolving door of DC politics.
You think Shultz, Dacey, Marshall and Miranda are going to pay any dues whatsoever? Hell no!!! The bureaucracy will quite soon find a nice little spot for each of them. They’re good until they decide to retire…unless of course the whole DC structure changes and changes radically.
I’m not holding my breath fer that one…
