Donald Trump is expected to name fast food CEO Andy Puzder as his Labor secretary, a source familiar with the transition told CNBC.

Puzder heads CKE Restaurants, the California-based parent of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s, a private company that generates about $1.3 billion in annual revenue and employs roughly 70,000 people. He joins a string of wealthy Trump Cabinet picks with a business background, including Treasury choice Steven Mnuchin and Commerce pick Wilbur Ross.

So, Carl’s JR settled a class action law suit

his class action is filed on behalf of hourly employees of CKE working in the State of California. Plaintiffs allege that CKE failed to pay them and the members of the Class minimum wages for all hours worked, failed to provide meal and rest periods, failed to reimburse them for all necessary business-related expenses, failed to pay vested but unused vacation at termination and for other violations of the California law. The parties have reached a settlement in this case. Presently, the parties’ settlement has been preliminarily approved by the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Santa Barbara where the case is pending.

If is from the plaintiffs website, but a journalist could get a quote and…
