Hello again painting fans.
This week I will be continuing with the eastern shore of Virginia inn. The photo that I’m using is seen directly below. I’ll be using my usual acrylic paints on a 5×7 inch canvas.
When last seen the painting appeared as it does in the photo seen directly below.
Since that time I have continued to work on the painting.
More refinement for this week’s cycle. The second story windows now appear with sashes completed. Above, the dormer window has glass to contrast with the siding. Below, the porch has white posts that contrast with the deep shadow behind.
The current state of the painting is seen in the photo directly below.
