Hello again painting fans.
This week I will be continuing with the Assateague refuge painting. The photo that I’m using is seen directly below. I’ll be using my usual acrylic paints on a 6×6 inch canvas board.
When last seen the painting appeared as it does in the photo seen directly below.
I have now completed the greenery in the foreground. I chose not to paint the various fine plant spikes as my larger brush was chosen to avoid fussy details. I am pleased with this one. It takes me away from my usual subject matter and the reflection gave me a new challenge.
