I tend to think of politicos like him as psychopaths.
At this point in the game, October of 2020, if you still put a (R) after your name, you’re an enabler and are not fit to “serve the public”.
Any particular reason why he’d make an announcement with 2+ years to go on his current term? Doesn’t seem like there’d be any cause for hurry.
