I’m trying to wrap my head around how crazy this is:
The official serving as President Donald Trump’s eyes and ears at the Justice Department has been banned from the building after trying to pressure staffers to give up sensitive information about election fraud and other matters she could relay to the White House, three people familiar with the matter tell The Associated Press.
Heidi Stirrup, an ally of top Trump adviser Stephen Miller, was quietly installed at the Justice Department as a White House liaison a few months ago. She was told within the last two weeks to vacate the building after top Justice officials learned of her efforts to collect insider information about ongoing cases and the department’s work on election fraud, the people said.
You know, when the president sends someone over to an executive department with instructions, and that person is kicked out of the building, that amounts to a staggering level of insubordination. Everyone involved in that decision should expect to be fired on the spot. But, apparently, what Stirrup was attempting to do was so unethical that upper management at the DOJ was willing to take that risk.
It’s little wonder that Trump is seriously considering replacing William Barr as attorney general. And that’s independent of Barr stating matter-of-factly that the Justice Department hasn’t seen evidence of election fraud on anything close to the scale Trump is claiming.
I find it hard to believe that “Heidi Stirrup” is a real person and not a Dominatrix specializing in “Horse Play.”
Perhaps she is both?
So why hasn’t Trump fired Barr already? Prolly figures he could still be useful like helping to write the pardons we know are coming. Better be quick cause Barr could walk out the door any minute and he just might — at least there is a rumor running around. Maybe Trump should apologize to Barr?? Haha no way!!! Now I like watching this one play out.
