Do they believe their own bullshit or do they just care less about being mocked by liberals than having some kind of spell-binding influence on morons?

They are morons themselves so yeah, they believe it.
they get the vapors whenever anyone challenges their warped sense of reality.
FUCK THEM ALL WITH A RUSTY IRON PIPE.
1.) They care about tax cuts for the rich.
2.) They care about pissing off liberals.
That’s all you need to know.
While what you say is clearly true, Booman still asks a fascinating question. It really does matter if the leaders are truly delusional or if they just play at delusional to keep the morans engaged. I remember one evening many months ago when Rachel Maddow asked Mark McKinney that question, and he responded with dismay that many actually believe their own bullshit.
Also, they like to poke liberals in the eye with pointy sticks.
Why does it matter if they are True Believers or not? The end result is the same. I believe the Koch Brothers are True Believers, and it just so happens that it intersects with their interests. But in the end, it wouldn’t matter if they believed their own bullshit or not.
I suppose the only surprise is that it took 2 whole years for the Angry Black Guy meme to start up.
“Where is your plan. Mr. President?”
“Where is the leadership? He is MIA”
So Obama drops his plan, highlights the difference between his approach and his opponents.
Now it is….
“He is partisan! Campaigner in Chief!”
Always the need to feel victimized is a big part of being in their tribe.
They’re all a bunch of cry-babies. It always amazes me how little it takes to hurt their little fee-fees. Remember a couple years back when Nancy Pelosi delivered -GASP- a partisan speech where she basically told it like it was (can’t remember the topic) and within minutes Boehner and Cantor were out crying away at their podium, voices crackling about the lack of civility among those meanie Democrats!
This from the schoolyard bullies who are always stealing the Dem’s lunch money. What a pathetic crew. And the media eats it up.
they are nothing but a bunch of Whiny Ass Titty Babies.
if THAT’S the best they could do trying to put Obama as the ANGRY BLACK MALE….they are reaching.
I visited the link, against my better judgment, you understand, and now I feel like I need a shower. Intellectual filth.
“Odds are we will see more of this meaner side of the Obama persona in the months ahead…”
I certainly hope so! This BS pointed to by the link shows the insanity of trying to find common ground with the Republicans.
Slowly, Americans are starting to realize that while some leading Republicans may look thoughtful, they are not nearly as intelligent as they look.
HAHAHAHAHHAHAAAA. Oh, my. That’s funny.
This is called grasping at straws. This is what losing looks like. And yes, they believe their own poop. The fools.
the line I too was going to cite – and I can’t help repeating it, “finds himself intellectually outmatched by Paul Ryan”. that is funny!
I’ll bet they do believe that part of it. A combination of racism and up-is-down-ism. One reason they’re ok with playing games re: debt ceiling and probably why their feeble brains grasp at the angry black man meme.
I’ve noticed this pattern for a few years now, going back to the insistence – even as late as the weeks before the 2008 – that liberals were terrified of Sarah Paling because she was so popular and had such a great media presence.
Conservatives make up a line of spin because it’s politically expedient, and they all repeat it ad nauseum like good little drones.
Then, they turn around and believe the thing they just made up, because they’ve heard it from all sorts of reliable conservative voices.
And then, they use the thing they made up as the basis of their political strategy.
Do they actually believe that Barack Obama is insulting and disrespectful? I don’t know if they believe it yet, but it is certain that they will, and that they will attempt to use this line of nonsense in their campaigns against him.
