I believe it was last Thur when some very informed guests were discussing the corruption found in Congress – even I was shocked – the discussion was at the highest level and so I was very interested in the gross amount of corruption that has become rather common place through the process of “earmarking funds” after legislation has been passed. Did anyone else share my interest and shock?
