Olympic Headwinds for Trump

A lot of Americans are watching the Olympics these days. The content and commentary–and even the commercials–convey a message of embraced diversity, interpersonal respect, the quest for inter-cultural understanding, and cooperation in the service of a higher ideal (muddled though it may be.) All this is antithetical to the Trumpian world view. Somehow, I suspect, this may be a factor in his deepening failure.

Congratulations, Donald Trump!
